1. Eat a healthy diet: Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, organic where possible. Avoid artificial flavourings, additives and colourings. Keep coffee consumption to 1 per day. Your body needs loads of nutrients to not only keep you alive but then make great sperm

2. Stop smoking, vaping, recreational drugs and Alcohol. You can literally be affecting the DNA of your sperm that you’re trying to make a person with

3. Lifestyle changes: regular exercise for circulation, stress management and improved sleep.

4. Keep the testes cool: No hot tubs and saunas. Avoid wearing tight jeans and underwear. Keep cycling to a minimum

5. Supplements: to support spermatogenesis include zinc, selenium, fish oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, L Carnitine, L Arginine, CoQ10
